E45 Cream
If you’re on this site, you already know about e45. I thought not to list it since it seems to be the first prescription for many, but I turned away from e45 and came back to it later and was so glad I did. Perhaps the same could help someone else.
From memory, I felt e45 wasn’t working for me when I had severe eczema in my early twenties.
One weekend, in my thirties, I was travelling and forgot my moisturiser. I was in a small village in Scotland, so I picked up the only fragrance-free moisturiser: e45.
That day, I put a load of it on, and my skin changed within 24 hours; in fact, my husband commented on how young I looked! I felt it, too.
I’ve been using e45 ever since.
I stopped using e45 cream for years. When I was about 31 I came back to it and I was so glad I did. I applied it about six times in one day as a face mask and it transformed my skin overnight. Naturally, I can't always do this many applications but when I do, it really helps.

How to Use This Fragrance-Free Cream
- Cleanse the skin gently.
- Apply E45 Cream liberally to the affected area.
- Gently massage until fully absorbed.
- Use regularly for optimal results.
Tip: Apply immediately after showering or bathing while skin is still moist to help lock in moisture.
Bonus tip: if you find e45 helps you, try applying it like a face mask several times a day. This works wonders for me.
